Services
We meet students where they are, and we stay until the work is done.
Every family arrives with a different question. Some are searching for a first plan. Some are weighing two paths. Some are deep in the application process and need a steady hand. Our role is to listen first, then to build a plan that matches the student in front of us. The work is private, the relationship is direct, and the process is designed around clarity rather than performance.
Family Engagements
A clear starting point and a plan you can trust. For families who feel stuck or overwhelmed and need an expert to map the territory. We meet, we listen, we build the first version of your student's plan, and we hand it back to you in a form you can act on.
Walking the path together, step by step. For families who want ongoing support through the college application and financial aid process. Regular check-ins, deadline tracking, application review, financial aid strategy, and bilingual support throughout the year.
From the first question to the first day on campus. For families who want a trusted partner for the entire high school arc. Multi-year planning, course selection, summer programming, college and career exploration, applications, financial aid, and transition support.
School Partnerships
We partner with school districts on college and career readiness strategy, staff capacity building, and bilingual family programming. Engagements are designed around the accountability metrics your district is already tracking, so the work compounds inside the systems you already use.
Typical scopes include CCR program design, counselor and teacher training, parent and guardian workshops in English and Spanish, curriculum integration support, and student-facing worktexts and tools.
Community College Partnerships
Getting students in the door is step one. We help community colleges keep them enrolled and connect them to a career path worth finishing. Engagements include enrollment pipeline strategy, bilingual family outreach, career pathway alignment, and persistence-focused student supports.
Every engagement is built around the communities the college actually serves, with bilingual programming as the baseline rather than an add-on.
Process
Every engagement begins with a 30-minute call. We use that call to understand what you need, to share how we work, and to determine whether we are the right fit. If we are, we send a written scope and a clear plan. If we are not, we point you toward someone who is.
There is no pressure on the first call, and no obligation after it. The work begins only when both sides are confident it should.
