FAQ

Questions, answered

What if my student has more questions after the review?

Every review comes with written feedback you can act on right away. Application Review also includes a 60-minute planning call, and you're always welcome to follow up by email.

Is this available in Spanish?

Yes. Every review, call, and email is available in English or Spanish, whichever your family prefers.

What if I miss my deadline because of you?

That won't happen. Your review comes back within 5 business days or it's a full refund. If your deadline is closer than that, the rush review add-on gets you a 48-hour turnaround.

How is this different from your 1:1 advising packages?

Essay Review and Application Review are a one-time expert check on work you've already started. Our 1:1 advising packages (Pathfinder, Trailblazer, Visionary) are ongoing partnerships where we help build the strategy, essays, and college list with you from the start.

Does this guarantee admission?

No one can guarantee admission, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we guarantee is an honest, expert review, delivered on time, that makes your application stronger.
