Student worktexts and bilingual family curricula built for California's K-12 students and the families navigating the system alongside them.
Two Editions · Grades 9 to 12 · California · College & Career Ready
Two worktexts. One mission. No matter where students are starting from, Lock In meets them there.
One edition for the traditional path. One built specifically for alternative education students earning real credentials and opening real doors. Both take students from "I don't know what I'm doing" to a plan they can follow through on.
Students do real work. Counselors see real progress. Parents stay in the loop. Schools get a curriculum that moves students forward without creating more work for the people running it.
Be first to know when they launch.
Grades 9 to 12 · Comprehensive High Schools · College & Career Ready
The flagship student worktext for comprehensive college and career readiness. Six units cover self-discovery, career exploration, college planning, financial aid, and post-secondary transition, designed to follow students from freshman year to their next step.
Aligned to the California College/Career Indicator (CCI) and CaliforniaColleges.edu. Every activity ties to a real student action so counselors can track progress without adding a new system.
Grades 9 to 21 · Continuation, Community Day & Independent Study · College & Career Ready
Built specifically for California's alternative education programs: continuation high schools, community day schools, and independent study. Flexible entry points, credit-recovery-aware pacing, and a tone that treats older teens as capable adults.
Career credential pathways, AB 288 dual enrollment integration, CHSPE planning, and CADAA/FAFSA guidance built in. Meets students where they are and moves them forward.
Serie P.O.D.E.R. · English & Spanish · LCAP-Aligned
A five-session bilingual family engagement program for California school districts. Each session runs in English and Spanish and covers a core phase of the college and career planning process: college pathways, admissions simulation, financial aid, college and career fit, and family action planning.
The P.O.W.E.R. Series is designed for the families who are newest to the system and most likely to be left out of standard outreach. Student worktexts accompany the series.
Every worktext is a tool for a conversation, not a replacement for one.
